Poison isn’t always the answer
A customer was informed by a third party that they had a ‘rat nest’ in their drain. Upon inspection there was indeed evidence of rat activity. There were rat droppings and burrowing into the soil, above the pipe. As there were no rats entering the home, we installed a rat flap and blocked the burrowed hole.
